Whether your a newbie or advanced, technical assistance and support is provided during OPD courses. So how do get this help, you ask? There are actually three ways.
First let's start off by going to the "Discussion Board" section of the course. Then find the forum titled, "Help - Problems and Solutions". Click "Compose" and type the topic of your question in the "Subject" line and your question in "Text Box". Make sure you click "POST" to submit your question. Please be sure to check back within 24 hours as I will be certain to have entered a response to your question. Sometimes, participants know the answers and might post a response to you as well. That's great and certainly encouraged. Nothing like a team effort!
Next, you could send me an email. You can locate my email address in a couple of places. Clicking on the "Content" section of the course then "Course Facilitator". Another way is to find my email address in the very first "News" posting titled, "Welcome". And finally, my email is accessible from the Welcome Email I sent to each participant.
Finally, you could phone. Yes, phone....I really don't mind at all. My contact number is listed in the "Course Facilitator" located in the "Content" section.
